Yooouuutuuube
There are some really interesting add-ons and widgets that can be used in conjunction with You Tube. Some are designed solely for one’s personal amusement and entertainment; others fulfil a slightly more useful purpose, whilst others, such as the ones that allow you to download clips, are just downright illegal!
This week, the buzz is around a particular application called ‘Yooouuutuuube’. This ridiculously named little application lets you arrange tens and even hundreds of YouTube videos into rows and columns to create a mosaic effect. All you need to do in order to create your very own psychedelic masterpiece is to enter a YouTube video and frame width for each piece of the mosaic. Based on the video ID and the specified dimensions, Yooouuutuuube then generates a customised video grid.
